Hi, I’m Eunice. A certified Mindset & Life Coach.
Back in 2019, I established “Eunice Williams – Mindset Coach” from a desire to empower others to be fulfilled in their lives as I myself have been.
I have had a life journey not dissimilar to many others – my own share of successes and failures, joys and sadness, fears and insecurities and events which ultimately led to what is commonly referred to as a “mental health crisis”. I was a nervous bundle of anxiety, crying all the time and unable to function normally, paralysed into a state of inactivity and ‘don’t cares’. Don’t get me wrong, I had experienced many joyous times in my life and wonderful memories, it was just at that point in time I was lost as to what to do and it was overwhelming.
I had all those big questions in my head “why am I here?”, “what is my purpose?”.
From this experience, I have indeed searched and empowered myself with knowledge and can now live an authentic life in line with my values and a purpose which gives me fulfilment. I am committed to being happy and to give real meaning to what I can contribute to others.

I believe that we are all capable of finding our true direction in life and overcoming barriers in our thinking, filling ourselves with confidence and self-belief. We can take charge of our own lives and turn it into something which will bring great joy. We all deserve to give ourselves the best life we can and learn to be authentic in who we are.
